It basically involves scamming foreigners. Most employees are usually trained to act as impersonators who defraud other individuals usually in the form of account hacking for foreigners. Recruitment is usually in the form of misleading potential recruitees that the government turns a blind eye on their activities.

The pay for the job is quite attractive. It is believed this individuals are usually paid around 3000AED plus an additional 500AED for visa purposes. 

The job is however quite risky and should you get caught by authorities; one risks spending time behind bars. It is highly advisable to avoid this type of jobs to avoid getting yourself in trouble in foreign land.
