As a flydubai Cabin Crew Member you are responsible for the delivery of exceptional inflight service to their passengers. You will be required to work as part of a dynamic team with no two days being the same! The role of cabin crew requires you to be flexible, human, dynamic and resilient and to reflect our values in everything that you do. REQUIREMENTS:
Aged 21 years minimum
Height 5’2’’
Physically fit
Educated to high school level
Fluent in English, both spoken and written (fluency in Arabic or another language would also be an advantage)
Able to deal with passengers professionally in a customer facing role
A valid passport allowing you to travel freely
Excellent team player with the ability to communicate with many nationalities
Proud to wear the uniform & wear it well
No tattoos and body piercings
Confident in the water when wearing a flotation aid/life jacket. Additionally you will need to climb into a survival raft from the water
Motivated, reliable, hardworking
Passionate, friendly & fun!
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma is essential
International aviation experience is an advantage
1 year experience in customer service or sales
TRAINING BOND:
USD 2,650/approx. AED 9,700 for the first year.
PAY AND BENEFITS:
Basic salary + Housing allowance + Transportation allowance: AED 7,500.
Variable Flying pay: Avg. Monthly AED 3,800 (Based on average of 80 flying hours).

If you meet the minimum requirements you can submit an online application by creating your candidate profile on their career site, filling up all the required information in your profile creation, uploading your resume and other relevant documents and answering a series of questions as part of role requirement.
ONLINE ASSESMENT TEST;
They will send you a link to complete a series of online ability tests in relation to work behaviour, logical thinking, multitasking and verbal reasoning. There are opportunities to complete practice questions before completing the real thing.
VIDEO INTERVIEW
They will then invite you to an on demand video interview wherein you record your responses to a list of set questions. This helps them to get to know you a bit better.
APPLICATION REVIEW
At this stage they will review your assessment tests results and your overall application to ensure it meets minimum role requirements. If you successfully meet their criteria you will be invited for their assessment days
ASSESMENT DAY
This is an opportunity to them to get to know you better and for you to know more about them. The day starts with a check based on minimum requirements such as height, tattoo and overall dress code. We then move on to a short presentation, followed by individual tests, group and role play exercises. If you progress well through each round they will end a day with a competency based interview.
Post interview, candidates will be notified via email on the status of their application.
