Download e-citizen app & access your e-citizen account by your username & password which in most cases are your email /Kenya phone number & Kenya ID number respectively
Under the section of Director of Criminal Investigations (DCI) apply for police clearance report/Good conduct.
Fingerprints area Nairobi DCI headquarters* & Pay via mpesa paybill 1050kes business no. *(206206)* and then print the *fingerprint forms & 2 receipts of (Government and Customer Copies)* from the download buttons.
Take your fingerprint forms and passport original to Kenya consulate in Dubai & have your biometrics (fingerprints) taken at a fee of 150aed by *Atm Card* including Stamping and collect them same day. Please arrange to go early morning.

Also remember to carry the receipts with you as the Government copy will be needed to attest. Please keep the receipt safe as you will need it later. The officials there will then advice you to send those documents to Kenya to maybe a relative/ friend so that they can submit them for you to the DCI headquarters, Kiambu road.

Once the person in Kenya receives them and submits them to the DCI headquarters, then it is now a waiting game.

You can follow up through your e-citizen account. Once it is generated, it will be posted in your e-citizen account for you to download.
After you download, print in color, go back to the Kenyan consulate-Dubai with your passport for it to be attested and stamped. They will ask for your e-citizen log in details in order to view the document before attesting. Here is where the earlier receipt comes in handy, you will present it to avoid paying again. The staff at the consulate do however forget to mention the below last steps.
Once the stamping is done at Kenya consulate, you have one last step. Online attestation in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dubai (Customer Happiness Centre UAE- MOFAIC) * via this link.

COMMON MISTAKES DURING KENYA GOOD CONDUCT APPLICATION.
Do not forget to attach your Kenya ID copies both sides.
Fingerprint forms C24 must have palm & all fingers taken.
Your forms must be Stamped at consulate before sending home 150aed (card payment).
Keep the consulate receipt with u otherwise u may pay again on final Stamping of pcc if u loose it.
Dispatch your documents with a trusted agent /person /cargo office. Enquire on this with me.
Keep time while going to Kenya consulate btw 8am-2pm
Make sure you can log in your e-citizen account.
Connect with a trusted person to receive your documents in Nbo & deliver to DCI.
Do not use another person's credentials (username or password). *YOU MUST* use your own account details.
If u forget your credentials pls visit our consulate they will assist or (reach to me *(kings)* for further guidance on this)
Your Kenya line /Sim & email used to register your e-citizen account must be active & reachable incase u forget your password. This is very important during password reset.
In your envelope, make sure this copies are inside before sending home:

*Kenya ID copies both sides
*Passport copy
*Govt receipt 1k
*customer receipt 1050kes.
