Pesa flow mpesa paybill (Business no. 206206), unique Account number is visible on mpesa paybill option. Other mode of payments are applicable. Choose wisely.
Dual Nationality choose *NO*
In no 4.choose *ORDINARY* then your appropriate category, for majority cases we use *REPLACEMENT*
*For Personal No. (Immigration File No.) it's the no.below Ppt no.in your data page.
Submit to Nrb KE by indicating your Names, DOB,etc. If you don't have *KRA Pin* please skip the space & leave it blank otherwise you can fill if you have it.
*Under no. 5 Birth Entry No.is in your birth certificate copy.
*Marital Status must be filled. If married then indicate your spouse details as required.
*Residential space MUST indicate Home not uae.
*National Employment Authority N.E.A. question say NO.
Parents details if alive must be filled with their names, ID nos.,p.o box & contacts starting with country code 254.....
1st & 2nd next of kin must be indicated. U can fill your mom, dad, kids, brother or sister as per your choice. If no ppt, pls skip the gap or fill Not Applicable (N/A).
If you have kids then indicate their names, DOB, contacts, emails etc as required.
*UPLOADS* Under this last step u *MUST* attach files with not more than 195kbs. Inbox when in trouble here. You can arrange for appointments on Mondays because it's not an easy task here.

When applying u must have your both sides ID copies, Your signature, Ppt size photo, ID ya mzazi/wazazi kama wako hai, postal code, address contacts, email or ppt no.if they have, kids details, spouse, last 4 pages of your old ppt, 2 nxt of kin, kra pin(not a must).
Remember the Question in NEA (National Environment Authority) is NO.
*No. UPLOADS* section make sure your attachments are not more than 195kb.
Finally submit & print govt&customer copies along with the 5 pages form. Attach recommenders ID both sides & go to consulate/embassy for those in UAE.
If you are in Kenya; visit your neařest immigration office as chosen during your application.

KENYAN E-PASSPORT APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

Lost Kenyan Passport Application procedure in UAE

Apply for an abstract via police app 70aed.
If approved, you get it in your email check spam folder as well then proceed to step 4.
If not approved visit the nearest police station with around 100-170aed cash.
Once u get the abstract print it and translate it to English.
Then visit an advocate to get Affidavit cost around 300aed
Then proceed to consulate /embassy for stamping.
Apply lost ppt in your ecitizen account 12k paybill and print all copies.
Finally visit Consulate for biometrics is free & get the tracking number.
