The following are some of the requirements:
You must possess a valid Kenyan passport.
You must have some experience in the hospitality sector, preferably in a cruise or 4 or 5 star hotel.
You must present either a reference letter, service certificate or pay slip from present or previous employer.
Knowledge of foreign language is a plus.
